MEASUREMENTS: Height: 18 cm; Diameter: 13 cm; Weight: 0.871 kg
Delicate Murano blown glass candlestick, entirely handcrafted, green in color, created with the addition of iron oxides and silica. The two circular rings at the base and just below the mouth of the candlestick are beautiful, perfectly circular. The skirt at the center of the candlestick's body is also beautiful, also entirely handcrafted. The pontile mark under the base is clearly visible, the iron to which the piece is attached for insertion and removal from the kiln during the various stages of the process, confirming that this is an entirely handcrafted object. The candlestick dates back to the mid-20th century and is unsigned.
This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
