I believe this to be either a Mantucket Looms or Main Street Gallery purchase of my father's. Made of wood with intricate carving and paint work detail, the sculpture ,easures 6 3/4" in length, 7" in height, and 3 1/2" in width. Signed by the artist, this orignal piece is a charming representation of a sandpiper, perfect for your beach house or as a reminder of a trip to the shore. Most of the pieces that come to market by Gus are whales, hence his birds are a rarer commodity. See less
