Glazed Majolica pitcher in gorgeous basketweave pattern in dreamy turquoise with beautiful raised berry design on both sides. The inside is done in the most beautiful shade of light mauve. Brown handle and trim. British Registry mark (Copyright of Designs Act of 1842) to base. Label adhered to base reads in part: Charles L. Washburne Antiques Date: 1880.
