This stunning piece is a polychrome glazed ceramic sculpture of a Venetian masked lady, created in the workshop of the renowned Italian master sculptor Professor Eugenio Pattarino (1885–1971), based in Florence, Italy.
Artwork Details : Artist: Prof. E. Pattarino (Eugenio Pattarino).
His mid-20th-century studio was famous for rich gold accents and vibrant glazes, even creating commissioned works for the Vatican.
Model: #1005 (as indicated by the internal inscription text).
Style: Mid-century Italian art ceramics featuring heavy drapery, intricate floral patterns, and extensive use of 24k gold leaf gilding.
