Pair of carved and polychrome wooden sculptures depicting two elegant young figures standing, dressed in short, belted tunics and cloaks with ample folds.
These sculptures were likely intended for religious decoration, possibly representing young saints, wingless angels, or pages as part of a larger sculpted ensemble.
In good overall condition with wear, some losses (fingers and arms), and a few retouches to the polychromy (very fragile). Traces of old wood-boring insects.
