impressive collage by miguel carlos montesinos aragonés, born in 1978 in la vall d’uixó, castellón, a contemporary spanish artist renowned for his urban landscapes.
a graduate in fine arts from the san carlos faculty of the polytechnic university of valencia, his work is characterized by a cosmopolitan vision of major contemporary cities, using a play of pairings that both constructs and blurs the urban landscape. She frequently uses acrylics and collage on panel, focusing on the triumph of light over darkness and the fleeting nature of time over permanence.
among her favorite subjects are the long avenues of cities like new york, san francisco, london, paris, and madrid, pausing to closely observe the multitude of anecdotal images that make up the frenetic rhythm of these spaces through a fleeting moment.
