Its low, stocky silhouette and natural golden patina make it a distinctive island that is as functional as it is beautiful.

materials: made of oak (solid and veneered) and pine (on the back), this piece features a beautiful visible grain and meticulous joinery, evident at the corners, attesting to solid, handcrafted construction designed to last.

features: this cabinet is organized around four cascading drawers on the left, fitted with geometric handles carved from solid wood, and a large drawer with the same handle, and a closed cupboard on the right with a brushed metal knob from the same period. The thick, flat, slightly overhanging top provides a generous work surface.

refurbishment: the cabinet has undergone some repairs. It has also been completely sanded and then washed before being lightly stained and protected with a clear matte varnish.
