Her seascape and marine paintings explored the coastal settings of the island and were popular with collectors and seasonal visitors to her waterfront gallery on the Old South Wharf for decades. In the 1960s she attended the New York School of Interior Design and founded her own business as a much admired interior decorator between summers on the island. See less
