The structure is characterized by clean, rigorous geometric lines, with maple veneer and refined brass trim that emphasizes the perimeter of the top and the design of the legs. The combination of the warm tone of the maple and the sobriety of the brass lends the whole a discreet and timeless elegance.
The balanced proportions and rational formal language recall some of the Italian design of the 1980s, particularly the architectural and geometric aesthetic that characterizes many furnishings from that period.
