Keil painted with some of the greats, including Joan Miró, Pablo Picasso, and Andy Warhol, to name a few. This is a rather large, beautiful abstract portrait of Peter's dear friend and mentor, Pablo Picasso. It is signed “P. Keil” in the lower right corner and executed with acrylic on board and framed. It is titled and signed with location "My Friend Pablo Picasso, Palma de Mallorca, P. Keil" on the verso.

This piece was purchased by the Bowen family as a routine purchase directly from the Keil family, acting on behalf of Peter. The art is in good condition with typical signs of age and wear. The frame has minor chips/imperfections as you can see in the photos.
