Formed approximately 20 million years ago in the volcanic landscapes of Indonesia, the original wood gradually transformed into stone over millions of years, preserving the natural structure, grain, and character of the ancient tree.

The top surface features a deep, dark centre with subtle tonal variations, framed by a lighter edge that follows the organic contours of the trunk. The surface is smoothly polished, giving it a refined and calm appearance, while the sides retain their natural, rugged texture, showcasing the original bark-like structure and vertical formations of the fossilized wood.
