A beautiful, large vintage ceramic ashtray/vide-poche featuring a blue crackle glaze; designed by Aldo Londi for Bitossi (circa 1960s). Marked "Made in Italy" and "102/20" on the underside.
Highly decorative and of excellent quality, this piece is a true eye-catcher and highly sought after by collectors of Bitossi ceramics. It features the signature "Rimini Blue" color and is intricately decorated with classic Bitossi patterns.
In good vintage condition consistent with age and material; there are some minor signs of use and a small chip in the glaze on the rim—please see the photos for details.
Dimensions: 20 cm diameter, 5.5 cm high.
