These bold companion works have a moody, architectural feel with layered fields of teal, black, blue, white, pink, and red accents. The compositions suggest fragmented interiors, windows, water, landscape, or dreamlike structures without becoming literal.
Both pieces have a strong 1980s postmodern abstract energy, with expressive brushwork, gestural linework, and large blocks of color. They work beautifully together as a diptych but also have enough presence to stand individually.
Great statement pieces for a modern, eclectic, postmodern, or contemporary interior. Their size makes them ideal above a sofa, in a loft, office, gallery wall, or large entry space.
