This stunning figurine of a woman disrobing was made by Zsolnay of Hungary. Some of the most sought-after Zsolnay items today are those that feature the famous luminescent glaze called Eosin. The name refers to the Greek goddess of dawn Eos. The secret Eosin technique which Vilmos Zsolnay developed in the 1890s creates iridescent metallic colours that are unique to every piece. Each Eosin object is unique and unrepeatable!
This figurine is in mint condition and stands 10 3/4” tall x 5” wide by 4” deep. She is absolutely stunning in person!
