Traveling Man Treasures is selling this limited-edition (149/275) copper-patinated bronze sculpture, "Don Quixote" created by Charles Bragg in 1989. This piece is in excellent condition with no issues and ready to display!
The sculpture features a highly stylized, whimsical depiction of the literary hero on horseback. True to Bragg's famous social satire style, the piece blends traditional bronze work with playful, cartoonish proportions to critique and parody human behavior. Bragg gives Don Quixote an exaggerated profile with a large nose, an elongated neck, and a determined yet comical expression.
DIMENSIONS: 14.25" H x 10.5" L x 4.25" W
This original sculpture contains the foundry stamp of the Dyansen Corp. (or Art Renaissance), which operated fine art galleries and production services across the United States.
