Primitive Dovetailed Wooden Box for your consideration. The box is a nice, larger size, measuring approx. 21 1/2 inches long, 4 3/4 inches tall, and 8 1/4 inches deep. American, first half 20th Century. Pine, rectangular, dovetail construction. Old rust-red paint. Original metal handles, latches and hinges. Excellent "chippy" condition. Shows obvious wear commensurate with age and use. Lid is a bit loose, but secure and functional. Natural aged patina. See photos. Displays handsomely!
