Modelling and detailing of the highest quality, excellent, lifelike and meticulous attention to detail. Modeller: julius konrad hentschel (coelln 1872 - meissen 1907) studied at the academies in munich and dresden, was a modeler and porcelain painter, worked at the meissen manufactory from 1889, one of the most influential art nouveau artists, designed various forms of tableware, he began his figural creations with amoretti and culminated in a series of playing children. Model w 165 was created 1906.
