Trained in furniture design, she gradually found herself drawn beyond function, into sculpture and purely artistic work, where she discovered a new freedom of form and expression. Today her practice moves fluidly between the two disciplines, rooted in european craftsmanship and driven by an instinctive sensitivity to texture, form, and material.
