A vibrant contemporary abstract composition built through layered ink, organic forms, and expressive mark-making. Saturated passages of magenta, cobalt blue, golden yellow, and deep green intersect with branching linear elements, creating a dynamic visual language that suggests natural systems, networks, cellular structures, and patterns of connection.
Balancing spontaneity and structure, the composition invites multiple interpretations while maintaining a strong visual presence. The square format and energetic palette make this work well suited to contemporary interiors, creative workspaces, and curated art collections.
Kathleen Varadi is a contemporary artist whose work has been exhibited nationally and internationally, including exhibitions at Telfair Museums, Savannah Hilton Head International Airport Gallery, and numerous juried exhibitions throughout the United States.

Kathleen Varadi is a contemporary painter whose work explores landscape, atmosphere, and the evolving concept of the sublime in contemporary life. She earned her B.F.A. in Painting from Savannah College of Art and Design and pursued graduate studies as an M.F.A. candidate at Georgia Southern University. Her work has been exhibited nationally and internationally, including exhibitions at Telfair Museums, Savannah Hilton Head International Airport Gallery, the New York Academy of Art Summer Residency Program, LaGrange Art Museum, and numerous juried exhibitions throughout the United States. Varadi's paintings are held in private collections and have received recognition from organizations including SECAC, the Boynes Emerging Artist Award, and the Clayton Art Faire.
