A great old porcelain enamel “Private Property — No Trespassing” sign that has clearly lived a real life.
The white ground has aged to a warm creamy tone with honest surface scratching & scattered chips throughout, plus some light rust working in at the corners & mounting holes — exactly what you’d expect from decades of outdoor use.
The bold black lettering reads crisp & strong despite the wear, with that classic italicized stencil typography & the dramatic dash-dash framing around “NO” that gives it real graphic punch.
Measures 20” wide x 14” tall with mounting holes at all four corners. Generic no trespassing signs fall into the entry-level category for porcelain sign collectors, but the scale, condition of the graphics, & the strong mid-century design sensibility make this one stand out as a display piece.
Works just as well hung in a mudroom, garage, or barn as it does in a collection!

The sign is fully legible, the lettering is bold & still as dark as when it was made. It’s fully functional & can be hung up to display immediately upon its delivery. less
