The piece is constructed from wood with a distressed, whitewashed finish that reveals natural wood grain underneath. Each individual drawer is fitted with a simple, round wooden knob pull in a contrasting natural tan finish. The entire unit rests on small, matching spherical ball feet and features a flat, overhanging top surface suitable for light display or staging. I believe this piece was acquired in the 1980's and was in my country famhouse in upstate New York.
