These chairs were crafted for my parents in the 1970s and have been passed down to me. Sadly, we simply don't have the room so am putting them up for sale. They were paired with a Carleton Varney table, which is in one of the photos-will create a separate listing for that. However, would make me happy if they were stayed together and were part of another family's special occasions/meals for the next 50 years. See less

The chairs were vacant 95% of the time. All 6 are armless, so I only put 1 inch on arm length since would not let me put zero. There are several Widdicomb chairs for sale on this site and others, but imho none are as nice and as classic as these. Elegant without being ostentatious. less
