A set of oval vintage hand-painted stackable dishes by Mario Sambuco.
Mario Sambuco established his eponymous brand at the end of the 1950s, following the footsteps of his father Luigi who has a deep knowledge of Deruta-style ceramics. Since the ‘80s, Mario’s sons Lucio and Luca took up the family business. Sambuco keeps alive traditional techniques by rigorously maintaining handcraftsmanship at the core of production, receiving the prestigious Primo Concorso tra Ceramisti in Deruta prize in 1991.
