The kind of table that performs a small magic trick: looks like a simple round teak side table, then folds completely flat when you need it to disappear. Designed by Engholm and Willumsen for Fritz Hansen in 1957, it has a removable sculpted teak tray top sitting on a folding base, equally happy holding your coffee, your cocktail, or absolutely nothing while looking architecturally significant in the corner. Danish design at its most quietly clever.
