Add instant Neoclassical elegance to your interior with this exceptional, authenticated pair of vintage 1987 buffet candlestick lamps by the renowned Chapman Manufacturing Company. Standing at a stately 37.5 inches tall, these lamps feature a heavy, solid cast brass base adorned with three beautifully stylized Neoclassical dolphins (or koi fish) resting on a stepped, tripartite pedestal base.
The slender, cream-colored candlestick sleeves lead up to the original, high-quality black empire shades. The shades are meticulously lined with a brilliant gold foil interior, which reflects a warm, rich, and dramatic ambient glow downward. Each lamp is crowned with its original, ornate brass leaf-form finial.
Fully authenticated with original 1987 Chapman manufacturer stickers on the felted undersides. Perfect for a dining room sideboard, entry console, or flanking a mantle.
