This RH Maxwell Leather Sofa is configured in the highly desirable 8-foot Classic Depth layout and upholstered in Italian Brompton leather in the rich Cocoa colorway.

CONDITION

Manufactured in November 2025, this sofa was briefly placed in the original owner's home but ultimately did not work within the space, which is why it entered the secondary market. The piece presents beautifully overall and maintains a fresh, lightly used appearance.

The Italian Brompton leather in Cocoa showcases the rich color variation and natural character expected of a premium leather hide. The Down-Feather cushions retain excellent loft, shape, and support, and the sofa remains exceptionally comfortable and inviting.

There are a few minor areas of rubbing on portions of the back of the sofa resulting from handling and transport. One area includes a small spot where the leather has worn through, exposing a limited portion of the underlying frame structure beneath. These areas are located on the back of the sofa, do not affect functionality, and are not readily visible during normal use or placement. Given the nature of Italian Brompton leather, the surrounding areas are expected to continue developing character and patina over time.

As with any high-end leather piece that has undergone delivery, placement, and transport, minor signs of handling may be present upon close inspection. Overall, the sofa presents beautifully and is fully placement ready with no issues affecting its comfort, structure, or everyday use.
