Art Deco display stand, entirely covered in glazed earthenware tesserae arranged in a mosaic pattern.
The structure features a square shaft, tapering towards the bottom before widening to a 26 x 26 cm square base. The decoration combines three colors: a glossy burgundy-brown background, ivory-white central panels, and gold borders and trim. The top is adorned with an eight-pointed star in gold and brown tesserae on a white background, a geometric motif characteristic of the decorative repertoire of the 1920s and 1930s. High-quality craftsmanship in the tradition of early 20th-century French decorative ceramics.
Workshop report: some tile chips are visible at the lower corners of the base, requiring minor mosaic restoration. Otherwise, the piece is in a condition consistent with its age.
