Frame made of solid teak. Upholstered in fabric.
The seats of three of the chairs have been reupholstered. One chair has a larger tear in the upholstery. All upholstery shows significant signs of wear.
The frames are in very good condition.
Designed by Danish designer Erik Buck in the classic mid-century style. Buck's designs are characterized by an organic and flowing design language. Chair No. 49 was one of Buck's early successes. The model is distinguished by its seemingly floating seat.
