A soulful, heavy-timbered anchor for interiors that prioritize atmosphere over polish. This 1805 Tyrolean wardrobe is a study in high-contrast tension—pairing intricate, centuries-old botanical motifs with a raw, weathered pine construction.
The Details:
Texture & Patina: Features a deep, authentic patina that only 200+ years of utility can create. The surface is un-sanitized, retaining the grit and "non-vanilla" character required for storied spaces.
Architectural Weight: Substantial pine joinery that provides structural gravity to a room. This is not a "charming" accent; it is a definitive focal point.
Artistic Pairing: The faded folk-art motifs offer a romantic counterpoint to the piece’s industrial-scale proportions.
Specifications:
Date: 1805
Dimensions: 50W x 26D x 75H
Provenance: Sourced from a private collection; brought to the Chicagoland area from New York 30 years ago.
