It’s by well known and listed California artist Kenneth Joaquin (American, b. 1948). (See photo of the artist in the additional photos provided).

Joaquin has painted several Matador paintings, yet they are all simply titled “Matador”. Even though each Matador painting is totally different, yet abstract and of different styles and colors. What’s important to me and hopefully you, is this one is totally outstanding.

It’s large, but not too large so that it is within keeping of being of life like.in size. Plus, it is in an impressive antique frame that sets it off having the appearance that it’s been around a long time.

It is an acrylic on canvas and painted in 2001, signed in the lower front right and also verso. The overall measurements are 41” high
X 32.25” wide. The art itself is 35” high X x 26” wide.

Obviously, it’s ready for hanging with the assurance that wherever it hangs it sure is to be a great and powerful addition to your home or office.
