Description: Up for acquisition is a striking, deeply expressive contemporary figurative work by established Argentine master printmaker Silvia Sanjurjo. Titled "Serie Pasajes: Enlace" ("Passages Series: Union/Bond"), this singular piece features raw gestural linework depicting two embraced figures in a rich palette of deep charcoal, teal, and earthy ochre tones.
Medium: A unique 1/1 mixed-media composition combining a fine art monotype print base with original, hand-applied soft pastel and dry drawing media. The dynamic top layers showcase a matte, velvety texture where the artist hand-embellished the piece after printing, giving it the tactile depth and value of an original painting.
