Very Rare & Original Kellogg's 'Wheat Krispies' Advertising Counter Display with Depression Glass Plates for your consideration. The cardboard display measures approx. 16 inches tall, 16 1/2 inches wide, and 12 inches deep. Each plate measures approx. 7 inches in diameter. American, c. 1930s. General Store Advertisement. Cardboard litho advertisement reads, "FREE BREAKFAST PLATE with purchase of 2 packages Kellogg's WHEAT KRISPIES" "Get yours today!" "Kellogg's WHEAT KRISPIES Stay Crisp". Twelve slots for plates. Twelve original 'Moderntone' cobalt depression glass plates. Excellent vintage condition. No chips or cracks to plates. Cardboard display in "New Old Stock" condition. Shows minor wear commensurate with age. Missing tumblers that have been included in previous auction records. See photos. Displays impressive, very scarce & highly collectable!
