It features an intense cobalt blue core encased in clear glass, with carved decoration of diagonal lines that create attractive optical effects and luminous reflections.

Its faceted, sculptural form and the considerable thickness of the glass are characteristic of Murano glass production from the mid-20th century. It retains the original "Made in Murano, Italy" label.
