Round table designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller, circa 1970.
It consists of a circular white tabletop resting on a central chrome column and a four-pronged star base in cast aluminum. Its clean, functional lines are characteristic of the contract furniture developed by the Eameses for communal spaces, offices, and restaurants.
Unmarked, this table comes from a canteen fully furnished with Eames chairs produced by Herman Miller.
