1870s Bancroft, Redfield & Rice Silverplate Cruet Castor Set 6 Etched Bottles, Rotating Stand
This is an authentic Bancroft, Redfield & Rice Victorian-era silverplate cruet castor set, dating from the 1860s–early 1870s. The base is clearly stamped “B.R. & R.”, confirming manufacture by the historic New York firm Bancroft, Redfield & Rice, active until approximately 1873. Their pieces are known for silverplate over copper or britannia metal, making this a genuine example of early American Victorian tableware.
This set includes six original etched glass bottles, each with beautiful period‑appropriate floral and geometric etching. The caddy rotates smoothly and displays wonderfully.
