This Herbier model coffee table was designed in the 1960s by the renowned French ceramicist Roger Capron. It features four wooden legs supporting an oval, wood-rimmed top composed of alternating brown stoneware tiles with inlaid foliage motifs and glazed ceramic tiles in shades of brown.

Signed Roger Capron in black on one tile.

In very good overall condition, with some minor wear to the wood and a few missing gray grout lines on some tiles (but these are still perfectly intact).
Heavy table.
