This Louis XV wall console is beautifully made with well executed cabriole legs mounted with brass “chabottes” and it has a great proportions. The top is decorated with booked match walnut veneer followed by satinwood inlay stringing
and the edge has a cross banding walnut veneer. The wood has been cleaned and french polished, it has a nice deep honey like walnut color with nice patina. This is a very high quality piece of furniture that beautifully captures the nature of the Roccoco style.

Loose veneer was stabilized and there is no sign of any previous veneer replacement. Both legs are solid with no old breaks. Since the table is not so heavy, it can be mounted to the wall with double face tape. If more security is needed , the back is flash with the top edge and there are already two pre drilled holes for an easy installation. The surface has been gently cleaned , shellacked and waxed. This is a very well made piece with the most beautiful cabriole legs and exquisite selection of burl wood veneers.
