It features walnut construction containing two heavily carved paneled doors each with scrolled carvings on finely figured burlesque wood; shaped top, straight sides and bottom with molded cornice top, apron below with surface carved medallion, branches, bird and acorn motifs; center carved panel contains scrolled volutes with single hand upraised holding finely carved flower and two leaves; small medallion to match one above in lower apron with carved fan shaped designs; scrolled volutes and scalloped apron; supported on two front cabriole legs, heavy metal hardwood rods at sides; pierced fretwork design hardware in front with lock and key escutcheon, doors open to reveal three shelved interior with five assorted sized pull out drawers in two tiers each affixed with metal hardwood pulls. It has the original key.
