Roger Guit

Painter, draftsman.

Student of Léon Bonnat (1833-1922) and Eugène Carrière (1849-1906).

His preferred subject was the Parisian theater and circus world.

Guit created portraits of, among others\. Edmond Heuzé, the actor Charles Trenet (1913–2001), the clowns Albert Fratellini and Auguste Boulicot, the writer Tristan Rémy (1897–1977), and the composers Arthur Honegger (1892–1955) and Marcel Delannoy (1898–1962).

Exhibitions:
Several participations in Salon exhibitions in Paris
1950 solo exhibition at the Cirque Medrano in Paris.
