Its outstanding design feature is the construction of two artfully interlocking glass shades, which creates an extraordinary lighting effect. The inner shade is matte white and has a clean, cylindrical shape. It serves a clever dual purpose: it conceals the socket and bulb from view while simultaneously providing a wonderfully soft, glare-free ambient light. The spectacular outer shade, made of transparent glass, is mounted on top. During the manufacturing process, pieces of black glass were fused into this shade, creating a unique, organic pattern. The surface of the outer shade also features a captivating, undulating texture reminiscent of stacked discs, which gives the light an exciting refraction. The lamp has been completely refurbished.
