Walnut reclining chair in orange chenille fabric, attributed to Milo Baughman for Thayer Coggin.
This piece is unsigned. The long back rest provides excellent support and gives the chair its regal, throne look. The angle between the back rest and the seat pan does not change, the seat leans back as a whole. To provide maximum comfort and relation, the retractable foot rest protrudes from under the chair.
Milo Baughman was an American mid-century modern furniture designer whose work emphasizes comfort and functionality.
