Original contemporary olive tree panels signed by artist Kate Tortland.
Kate Tortland is a contemporary painter who works primarily in oil and mixed media on wood panels, often at substantial, interior‑scale dimensions.
Her work frequently features botanical and garden imagery—olive branches, orchards, and stylized foliage—rendered with layered, gently distressed grounds much like what’s visible in your piece.
A 48" x 36" format on wood panel is a standard size Tortland uses for major works.
