Very beautiful item.
Chrome skeleton base with lots of lights.

Missing one 8” tube. It’s a short inside tube so you can’t tell from the outside.
21” wide
18” length
Additional 15” chain. Plus extra electrical cord incase you want to add more chain and make the length longer.
