I’m selling an early 1900’s antique bronze plaque, shaped like a realistic left-facing profile of a Native American Indian man or warrior, wearing earrings and beaded jewelry and feathers is his hair. Note the beautiful overall patina and the small smile on his face.
The reverse has a personalized inscription stamped into it, reading: Merry Christmas 1930 Mr. & Mrs. H.A. Varnell.
Condition: great patina and only very minor scratches to the surface, especially for its age. As shown with a hole in the top, presumably either for a hook for wall hanging, or to maybe add a dowel or rod for table top display. First photograph shown this piece standing on the table on its own and it’s ready to use.
Dimensions: 11" high by about 10 ½” wide.
