This exceptional vintage mid century Danish modern mahogany wood desk by Søborg Mobler was made in Denmark circa 1960. This large executive desk has a classic Scandinavian modern design with clean, minimalist lines and elegant proportions. The desk is heavy and sturdy and exceptionally well-crafted from mahogany wood with fine detailing, including inlaid desktop and mortise joinery corner edges. Two side drawer sets are attached with spacers and have a floating effect and hold four total dovetailed drawers with interior drawer dividers, catchall tray and orignal brass handle pulls. Finished on all sides, the desk can float in a room and serve as a space divider. Perfect for office or home. Soborg Mobler import label to underside.
