*motion* is a sculptural wall light that explores the continuous, evolving movement of the earth. Inspired by geological transformation, shifting landscapes, and the slow forces that shape our environment over time.
hand-built in stoneware, each element is individually shaped and assembled, creating a composition of flowing layers that appear to move around a central axis. The surface emerges through a dialogue between clay and glaze, where the fluid behavior of the glaze responds to the contours of the form, accentuating its movement.
when illuminated, *motion* projects a soft glow upward and downward, emphasizing the sculptural depth of the piece.
