exceptional and increasingly rare set of seven swedish modern dining chairs designed by göran malmvall for svensk fur, sweden, circa 1950s. The set comprises three taller armchairs / head chairs and four matching side chairs, creating a beautifully balanced and highly architectural dining ensemble.

crafted from solid swedish pine, the chairs embody the restrained yet soulful aesthetic that has made scandinavian mid-century furniture so enduringly desirable. Their sculptural silhouettes, softly tapered legs and subtly curved backrests reveal malmvall’s remarkable understanding of proportion and material honesty.
