A vintage table lamp base of twisted form made of heavy mouth-blown cased glass, with a rich, dark emerald / forest green core and a thick outer layer of clear. It was produced in the late 1960s or thereabouts by flygsfors glasbruk, sweden.
the lamp has been dismantled, cleaned and rewired, with a new british-made solid brass switched lampholder and a good length of new 3-core twisted cable with a period old-gold silk braid, and a 3-pin uk plug.
the lamp takes a single b22 bayonet cap bulb.
the lamp is signed ‘flygsfors’ to the base. This piece has an attribution mark,
i am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution,
uk plug (up to 250v).the wiring of this item may be original and might need replacement, if not specified otherwise.
