Divided examines the tension between connection and separation through a single continuous line. Its translucent forms gather, overlap, and pull apart, creating a visual state between unity and fracture. The work suggests duality not as opposition, but as a condition of existence: one form carrying two directions, two states, two possible selves. Presented in black and white, the image reduces the subject to line, shadow, and density. The soft greys and darker crossings create a suspended, almost psychological space, where the object becomes less material and more like a trace of inner movement.
