Antique French white porcelain tea set with fine gold details, dating from the late 19th century. The initials P.B. are engraved on the cups, coffee pot, and teapot. The set is attributed to the Parisian luxury shop Mansard et Fils, who decorated the Limoges hard-paste porcelain pieces, manufactured by L. Ganeau, to order. These pieces were then sold by Maison Mansard at their workshop on Rue de Paradis in Paris.
The set comprises the following 14 pieces:
6 teacups (9 cm diameter and 5.5 cm high)
6 saucers (13.5 cm diameter)
1 teapot (26 x 17 x 16 cm)
1 sugar bowl (20 x 15 x 15 cm)
